  Karra Polder recently found and helped us close on a home in Flagstaff. Karra is always thinking on her feet and out of the box, possessing very good interpersonal skills as well. We were out of state trying to secure a home making it even more difficult. Karra went out of her way to do walk through videos of properties for us, trying to minimize road trips to the properties. We have bought 6 homes in the past 42 years in 3 states and Karra is by far the BEST real estate agent we have ever worked with.
